Warranty claim
We offer a 2-year guarantee on fervori products.
Within the warranty period, we will remedy all defects in your fervori product free of charge, insofar as they are based on material or manufacturing defects.
The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- The defect or damage has occurred due to improper use or negligence.
- The defect or damage has been caused by improper repair of the product or modification of the individual parts.
- Natural products such as pearls, which differ from the product images due to their natural composition.
- Dirt on the product also does not constitute a warranty claim.
Please note that defects reported 30 days after receipt of the goods can only be replaced with a voucher for the purchase value of the jewellery.
Within the 30 days, we will gladly offer you a refund or, if in stock, a replacement.
